Christopher Wood (Australian cricketer)

Christopher Wood (born 18 July 1986) is an Australian cricketer who played for the Western Warriors.
In his second season as a rookie with the Warriors after impressive performances with both bat and ball in the 2007-08 Retravision Shield competition. He chalked up 396 runs, including a highest score of 83 not out, as well as 38 wickets at 21.53, in 17 matches for Fremantle. He also played one Cricket Australia Cup fixture for the WA Second XI against the South Australia Second XI in Bunbury, where his double of 34 and 27 not out played an integral part in his team's victory. The son of former WACA Chief Executive Officer and three-time Sheffield Shield-winning captain Graeme Wood, he studies science and commerce at the University of Western Australia.
